Safeguarding vulnerable individuals

Our highly experienced deputyship team has specialist expertise in dealing with applications to the Court of Protection. We are authorised to act as a corporate deputy to safeguard the welfare and finances of vulnerable individuals.

 

In recent years the remit of disability discrimination has expanded to include a number of previously unacknowledged or under recognised conditions. The public sector equality duty has been introduced to eliminate mental health discrimination both within public authorities and for anyone who uses a public service. Our Mental Health team can help formulate policies and procedures to ensure public bodies are compliant and adopt best practice. In addition, we offer training in this specialised area to clients.
